A very beautiful experience of eating in the dark where you have to use your other senses: touch, hearing, smell. A great exercise in letting go, in trusting others; the guide who seats you in the dining room and takes care of you throughout the meal, the chef who prepares surprise, refined and delicate dishes for you.
