Our surprise menus, designed by chef Pascal Fourdrinier using fresh, seasonal products, are designed to awaken your senses and help you rediscover the pleasure of tasting.
Guided by our blind or visually impaired waiter-guides, you will learn to appreciate cuisine differently, focusing on tastes, textures and aromas. For a peaceful experience adapted to everyone, we take into account your allergies and specific diet restrictions. Simply let us know when you make your reservation.

To best accompany your surprise menu, we offer you a food and wine pairing. The wine served at each stage of your dinner has been rigorously selected to enhance your dishes and your sensory experience. This food & wine tasting pairing consists of 3 glasses of 7cl each [one with the starter, a second with the main course and the last with the dessert].
